Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 386 website or mobile platform, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to adults residing in Bangladesh who are legally entitled to use such services. No person under the age of 18 may use the 386 platform.
386 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A notice will be displayed on the platform for significant changes.

Account creation, security & user responsibilities
Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on 386, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may operate only one account. 386 reserves the right to suspend all accounts if multiple accounts are found to be created by the same person.
Documents may be requested to verify the name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi networks and make it a habit to log out after each session. 386 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.
User Code of Conduct
Fraudulent activity, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, use of automated software or bots for unfair advantage, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on the 386 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 386 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after verification is complete.
Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw without meeting these requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited. Individual offer terms and conditions apply.
If a transaction fails or is delayed for any reason, please contact [email protected] with the details. Funds lost due to a verified technical error on our end will be refunded; however, 386 is not liable for payment issues caused by third-party providers.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability
Service Limitations
The 386 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. Temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues, or other reasons. In such cases, 386 will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible, though a guaranteed uptime cannot be promised.
386 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes, betting results, or any financial returns. Gambling involves both the possibility of winning and losing, and all decisions rest solely with the user.
Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the 386 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and games — is the intellectual property of 386. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Copying, redistributing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from 386. Unauthorized use may be subject to legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 386 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. 386 is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from the use of third-party services.
Payment gateway providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) operate under their own policies, and 386 has no control over their decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
386 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, and illegal activity.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verified balance will be available for withdrawal.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
If you wish to dispute any decision, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 30 days of the incident. We will endeavour to respond to your dispute within 14 business days.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the final and authoritative version.
